Nature of Our Products
We sell wholesale clothing bales and resale stock.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

Items are pre-owned and/or unsorted

Condition, styles, sizes, and brands will vary

Not every item will be resellable or suitable for your specific needs

We do not guarantee specific brands, quantities, or resale value

This is reflected in the price and profit potential of our bales.
Returns
Due to the wholesale and mixed nature of our products, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery if they wish to request a return.
Please note:

Bale contents, brands, styles, sizes, and resale value are not guaranteed

Opened bales may be subject to reduced refunds where the value of the goods has been diminished

Returned items must be sent back in the condition received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

You receive the wrong order

Your order arrives significantly damaged in transit

There is a serious issue that has not been disclosed

If approved, refunds may be issued as:

A replacement (where possible)

What Is Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds for:

Profit expectations not being met
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
